Shipping
All orders are custom-made upon purchase to ensure quality and sustainability. Please allow 1.2 business days for production and an additional 5-10 business days for shipping (U.S. orders). International orders may take longer depending on location.

Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is made to order, we kindly ask that you double-check sizing and details before completing your purchase.
However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please do not accept package or return to sender as soon as possible and email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right immediately—either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
